Courts Illegally Jailing the Poor: Debtors’ Prison

By , April 8, 2013

It’s not a court decision, only a report but at last the question is being asked and investigated. This is in the USA but again it is fundamental principles of law. The conclusions are clear:

Courts are breaking the law by holding defendants in contempt of court for failing to pay fines without proper notice or allowing an attorney to be present, the report said. Courts are also issuing arrests warrants for people who fail to show up and pay their fines and jailing defendants who are too poor to pay, according to the report.

Court costs should be recovered through civil lawsuits, not jail time, the report said.

Jurisdiction Has Boundaries

By , April 8, 2013

NW7Don’t cross that line!

Jurisdiction always has boundaries. Sometimes physical and sometimes legal.

Which means you need to do something to step in or step out of a particular jurisdiction.

Jurisdiction is all about the power to make the rules and enforce the rules upon anyone within that jurisdiction and ONLY that jurisdiction unless one agrees after the fact to be subject to the jurisdiciton.

Can you see the possibility for some trickery and manipulative possibilities with this idea of jurisdiction?

Sadly that is the case and it has been going on for a very, very, very, very long time. Maybe it’s your time to step out of the jurisdictions that you no longer wish to be subject to.

  • How did you become a “driver” under the jurisdiction of the various “motor vehicle” related acts?
  • How did you become a “taxpayer” under the jurisdiction of various taxing acts?
  • How did you become a business subject to the jurisdiction of ”workmans compensation” type acts?
  • How can you NOT become subject to the jurisdiction those same acts?

The question hinges on a favourite saying… is it voluntary or mandatory?

It violates every principle of law (including spiritual law) for any of the jurisdictions to be mandatory, therefore it must be voluntary. What does one DO to become subject? Did you fill out any type of “Application” thinking it was mandatory? hmmmm

I just came across an interesting article and pictures of the original jurisdiction of the UNITED STATES Continue reading 'Jurisdiction Has Boundaries'»

Back To Basics

By , March 18, 2013

All top athletes train and practice the basics over and OVER and OVER again.

Why?

Our minds and bodies can be distracted and pick up bad habits if not constantly being reminded of the fundamental basic steps, techniques and ideas.

Sounds like a good idea when it comes to law, rights etc. as well.

So on that note, here are some good videos that remind us of the basics that we may have been distracted with fancy complex distractions and have forgotten the basics which CANNOT be ignored without paying the price for later.

Here are few videos that are worth watching again and also one that is a recent update on the “Downfall of the Vatican”… that if you pay attention confirms the basics.

Link: Our complete Common Law Court proceedings in Case No. 1: Genocide in Canada by Church and State

March 12, 2013

In just over one month, history has been made.

One Pope has fallen, the Vatican is in disarray, and heads of state are evading arrest warrants after being publicly tried and sentenced for Crimes against Humanity.

And thanks to the February 25 verdict of our Common Law Court, the legitimate authority of the Vatican and the British Crown has been disestablished by the fact that their heads of state are now wanted criminals.

As at the Nuremberg Trials, not only criminal actors but the system they represent have been lawfully judged and sentenced before the world. Our Common Law Court verdict has given all of us a rare historical opportunity to reclaim power from those who have for so long usurped it.

The question now faces us: Will we do so?

To grasp the momentous nature of what has happened and the glowing chance humanity has been given Continue reading 'The Next Steps in Reclaiming our World and Ourselves A Special Communique from ITCCS'»

a Judgment of NON PROS against the Plaintiffs (Bank) for not submitting a valid complaint

praecipe for reconsideration of prior judgment

possibly prosecution for a malicious prosecution by Plaintiff (Bank)

If you are in foreclosure or have been…one fellow appears to be on the road to remedy…but this process should work for most invalid complaint actions (which is most….)

Verdict and Sentence: Genocide in Canada

By , February 25, 2013

The final Verdict and Sentence of the International Common Law Court of Justice, in the Case of Genocide in Canada by Church and State – Includes the Court Order issued to the Defendants – Issued February 25, 2013

www.itccs.org, November 6 and January 30 postings)

These exhibits detailed irrefutable proof of a massive criminal conspiracy by the Defendants’ institutions to commit and conceal Genocide on generations of children in so-called Indian residential schools across Canada.

None of the Defendants challenged or disputed a Public Summons issued to them last September; nor did they deny the charges made against them, or offer counter evidence to the Court.

“Their silence told me a lot. Why wouldn’t innocent people defend their own reputation when accused of such horrible things?” commented one Juror, based in England.

“These crimes were aimed at children, and were a cold and calculated plan to wipe out Indians who weren’t Christians. And the defendants clearly are still covering up this crime. So we felt we had to do more than slap their wrist. The whole reign of terror by state-backed churches that are above the law has to end, because children still suffer from it”.

The Court’s judgement declares the wealth and property of the churches responsible for the Canadian genocide to be forfeited and placed under public ownership, as reparations for the families of the more than 50,000 children who died in the residential schools.

To enforce its sentence, the Court has empowered citizens in Canada, the United States, England, Italy and a dozen other nations to act as its legal agents armed with warrants, and peacefully occupy and seize properties of the Roman Catholic, Anglican and United Church of Canada, which are the main agents in the deaths of these children.

“This sentence gives a legal foundation and legitimacy to the church occupations that have already begun by victims of church torture around the world” commented Kevin Annett, the chief adviser to the Prosecutor’s Office, who presented its case to the world.

“The verdict of the Court is clearly that these criminal church bodies are to be legally and practically disestablished, and their stolen wealth reclaimed by the people. Justice has finally begun to be be served. The dead can now rest more easily.”

Court officers are delivering the Order to all the Defendants this week, including to the Canadian Prime Minister, the Queen of England and to Joseph Ratzinger, the retiring Pope Benedict who is avoiding arrest within the Vatican after suddenly resigning two weeks ago.

The citizens’ arrests of these and other Defendants will commence on March 4 if they do not surrender themselves and their assets, as per the Court Order.

These actions will be filmed and posted at www.itccs.org in the coming week, along with further updates from the Court and its Citizen Agents.
