COVID Masking Laws: What are Your Rights and Sue for Infringement
Rocco Galeti has a good series of short videos that explain the laws and your rights in relation to COVID-19 and masking laws. I encourage you to watch them all and take notes. This is not amateur information, Rocco is a respected, successful lawyer.
Good short video on the trespass laws and how to not get harassed or threatened with being charged with trespass if you are asked to leave a store for not wearing a mask. Includes a simple explanation of why businesses cannot make the “private property” claim which, if you consider it carefully, explains a whole lot more about the law than just trespass.
Rocco is also making available templates for suing store owners and enforcement officers in small claims court if you so choose. Ontario template is available now, others on the way:

It is suggested you watch all videos and understand there is no guarantee of winning a case you pursue, but consider if a large number of people took action to enforce their individual rights…

Ontario – This in-depth report provides more information on the ineffectiveness of masks against Covid-19. It includes a summary of the ONA’s (Ontario Nurses Association) grievance against St. Michael’s Hospital’s “vaccinate or mask” policy. The arbitrator rejected the hospital’s “evidence” that forcing unvaccinated nurses to wear surgical masks during flu season was necessary to protect patients from influenza. The arbitrator concluded that this claim “was not supported by science and was most likely an attempt to drive up vaccination rates among staff.”
BC’s health advisor, Dr. Bonnie Henry testified in a 2015 case saying, “there’s very scant evidence about the value of masks in preventing the transmission of influenza.” Henry goes on to say that there is no data to support wearing masks and, “When we look at individual strains circulating and what’s happening, I think we need it to be consistent with the fact that there was nothing that gave us support that providing a mask to everybody all the time was going to give us any additional benefit over putting in place the other measures that we have for the policy.”
Bonnie Henry further states that there is no real science behind the decisions she is making. View here

The BC CDC website confirms that masks are ineffective against aerosol particles.
The BC Ministry of Health also states, “Wearing a mask is not an effective measure against to keep yourself safe from viral infection.”

Researcher, Ontario Civil Liberties Association (ocla.ca)
- There have been extensive randomized controlled trial (RCT) studies, and meta-analysis reviews
of RCT studies, which all show that masks and respirators do not work to prevent respiratory
influenza-like illnesses, or respiratory illnesses believed to be transmitted by droplets and
aerosol particles
Does the science support wearing a mask? Based on the top studies, the answer is…NO!
