Simplify the law…

Here’s a pretty good talk from a lawyer int he US that wants to simplify the law and return to a more intelligent, responsible process. Sounds good to me, although he comes at it with some usual “lawyer trained blinders on”, I like the idea and that folks are working seriously to change what has become an obvious bad joke (the present day legal system in total disrepute).
