A lawyer, who has a law school named after him, the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia, Canada, also has a $100,000 prize awarded to “awarded biennially to an individual, movement or organization that has demonstrated exceptional courage and leadership in combating corruption or protecting human rights, especially through promoting transparency, accountability and the Rule of Law”.

It’s great to see support for people risking everything by exposing wrongdoing, even more interesting is that it is from a lawyer and law school.

jurisdiction is the first and key issue.
especially since they are lacking lawful jurisdiction and rely on deception, avoidance and traps to play the game and not answer questions/provide proof of jurisdiction.
if done properly it is the ONLY issue.
What is your view of Marc Stevens’ latest advanced work on asking leading questions to expose the untenable hypocrisy and double standards of courts trying to get away with the complete absence of prima facia foundational evidence for jurisdiction in order for codes and acts to apply in the first place, before a trial?
