There have been a few posts here about whether one has to provide ID to police when requested and a few posts on the right to video or audio record police in public places.
Once again the answer is NO you do not have to show ID (unless in a regulated activity as a regulated person) and YES you can video/audio the police without their permission in public.
In Canada the “Proceeds of Crime” laws are being used improperly to do this exact same thing. They are so open and admitting of the process and intent in this video.
