I’d question the conclusion offered that it’s a done deal because the whole system operates on the presumption we consent and they still seek confirmation that we agree. If they seek our consent even via sneaky, subtle methods… they still need it to protect themselves by getting our consent. Remove your consent at all stages and watch the reactions.
