Can You Record Your Own Conversations?
There is an ongoing confusion about whether or not you are "allowed" to audio record…
My answer is YES AND there is a first step. To me it appears that the present legal system operates mostly as Roman Civil Law/Admiralty/private court system BUT at times when the right things are done the court reverts to it’s inherent common law status – I’ve seen it happen and report it on this site – the judge acts in an honourable fashion to protect the private person before it… and I always wondered WHY?
Why, if they have all the power, guns, money, control, media, jails do “they” actually do the right thing when required? Are they really required? What is the hidden mechanism behind the scenes that controls judges in certain circumstances?
I believe it is the natural law, that is basis for operating common law, has to be obeyed by the official actors or they face consequences they do not wish to face.
This video series on natural law by Mark Passio covers in great depth the many issues around the idea, philosophy and reality of natural law. I’m part way through and it’s very well done.
If you are looking for the magic 5 minutes that tells you all you need to know – you will be disappointed…it’s many hours in length to cover the ideas and concepts, psychology and more that is required listening for the full picture.
MANY people never make it through my longer teaching videos and so never get to the conclusions that only can be arrived at with the proper context and evidence. I suggest you invest the time required if you want a result.
Thousands of hours of research condensed, simplified and available for free – awesome. His intro is reflective of my own position as well. Well worth your time, I think.
