When “they” break the law we must report it and testify against them or we are accepting what they do is OK, and in effect, we become an accomplice to that act and give silent permission for them to continue doing so, to us and others. HEAVY!

CLEAR begins 2013 with our first tour to empower everyone on how to lay criminal charges. Though this event will show everyone how to lay criminal charges against anyone who commits a criminal offence, our primary focus will be on how to charge government officials, and what tricks to watch out for from Justices of the Peace, government officials and Crown Prosecutors. We will also show you what things you can watch out for if and when you are charged with an offence. CLEAR will also have copies of our new book, The Criminal Charging Procedure, with forms for laying criminal charges in every province, and the most detailed description of the criminal charging procedure in Canada! Our first event begins at 6:30 sharp in New Westminster on Thursday, April 25, and will likely go until about 9:30 or so. Our second event will be in Kelowna on Tuesday, April 30, at the same times. (more info below) We are presently making arrangements as well to speak in the Prairie provinces, from Alberta to Manitoba, in early May, and will have updates on our dates and locations shortly.
