{"id":5926,"date":"2018-06-14T10:10:20","date_gmt":"2018-06-14T17:10:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/private-person.com\/blog\/?p=5926"},"modified":"2018-07-28T10:20:34","modified_gmt":"2018-07-28T17:20:34","slug":"county-court-of-british-columbia-still-active","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/private-person.com\/blog\/2018\/06\/county-court-of-british-columbia-still-active\/","title":{"rendered":"County Court of British Columbia Still Active"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><em><strong>research in progress<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>research, theory and summary that the County Court of British Columbia still exists and operates in British Columbia&#8230;<!--more--><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>County Court in British Columbia was\/is the constitutional court on the land for a man (private person\/natural person\/private status) and was the original court until 1990 when it was merged with Supreme Court of British Columbia (merged not ended), and Provincial Court became the initial court in B.C.,<\/li>\n<li>PCBC and SCBC consistently deny recognition of natural person status in the courtroom ,<\/li>\n<li>the man appears to have not corrected his status on the record to private (claim the birth records process) to no longer be missing, declared dead or abandon the estate,<\/li>\n<li>the man APPEARS for the NAME and court assumes he is liable party\/trustee\/surety &#8211; he responded &#8211; APPEARANCE cures all defects of process.<\/li>\n<li>therefore man is treated as a limited capacity legal person, and any\/all of the following: dead, missing, foreign, criminal. trustee, co-trustee, without license to operate, or has failed to a perform a legal duty which equals OFFENCE and CHARGES,<\/li>\n<li>government or union workers seem to have remedy from County Court via collective active, recent agreements (below), have they got some special recognition of status??<\/li>\n<li>lawyers and police and gov&#8217;t workers seem to have immunity WHY?<\/li>\n<li>lawyers and police and gov&#8217;t workers seem to not be allowed to disclose our status and how to correct it. WHY?<\/li>\n<li>years ago CRA diary notes stated in one case &#8211; agent attended <u>Court of Queens Bench<\/u> ?? hearing and respondent did not show therefore got the order they were seeking &#8211; party named never had notice and where\/what is <u>Court of Queens Bench<\/u> in B.C. (usually Alb\/Sask?) maybe a mix up in name but notice never rec&#8217;d by party, so where was it sent? Did agent know it was not Prov. This is the only usage of &#8220;county&#8221; in British Columbia, which is a reference only to such court districts and has no similarity to the meaning in other provinces or in the United States or the United Kingdom. Prior to 1990, there existed in British Columbia a <a title=\"County Court\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/County_Court\">County Court<\/a>, an intermediate court between the Provincial Court and the BCSC. In 1990, the County Court of B.C. merged with the BCSC and its judges became justices of the BCSC. The <span style=\"color: #b8312f;\"><strong>judicial districts of the Supreme Court have the same boundaries of the counties of the former County Court.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The judicial districts are: Cariboo; Kootenay; Nanaimo; Prince Rupert; Vancouver; Victoria; Westminster; and Yale. The Counties of Vancouver and Westminster are collectively one judicial district under the name of the &#8220;Vancouver Westminster Judicial District&#8221;.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Supreme_Court_of_British_Columbia#cite_note-5\">[5]<\/a><\/sup>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #b8312f;\"><strong>Within each county, or judicial district<\/strong><\/span>, justices are resident in the following locations: ; <a title=\"Cranbrook, British Columbia\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cranbrook,_British_Columbia\">Cranbrook<\/a>; <a title=\"Kamloops\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kamloops\">Kamloops<\/a>; <a title=\"Kelowna\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kelowna\">Kelowna<\/a>; <a title=\"Nanaimo\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Nanaimo\">Nanaimo<\/a>; <a title=\"Nelson, British Columbia\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Nelson,_British_Columbia\">Nelson<\/a>; <a title=\"New Westminster\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/New_Westminster\">New Westminster<\/a>; <a title=\"Prince George, British Columbia\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Prince_George,_British_Columbia\">Prince George<\/a>; <a title=\"Prince Rupert, British Columbia\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Prince_Rupert,_British_Columbia\">Prince Rupert<\/a>; <a title=\"Victoria, British Columbia\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Victoria,_British_Columbia\">Victoria<\/a>; and <a title=\"Vancouver\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Vancouver\">Vancouver<\/a>. Conditions for Excluded Employees &amp; Appointees<\/h1>\n<h4>3. Definitions<\/h4>\n<p><strong>common-law spouse<\/strong> includes same sex and opposite sex individuals where the employee\/appointee has signed a declaration or affidavit that they have been living in a common-law relationship or have been cohabiting for at least 12 months.
