\"\"<\/a>Who needs thrill sports when you have the greatest cause of all time to stand up and test your mettle….freedom.<\/h1>\n

People are being tricked, trapped and harassed into court proceedings at an alarming rate right now, all across Canada for tax evasion. It’s all part of the Department of Justice (DoJ) and Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) latest stab at the “disease” (their word) that many people have got. Its called a desire for freedom and it is the bain of corrupt politicians, power hungry bureaucrats, governments, dictators and tyrants over the millennia.<\/p>\n

The powers that be squirm when the sleeping masses awaken and demand their rights be recognized. Bloody inconvenient and better stamp it out before it becomes a REAL problem.<\/p>\n

If you have seen the recent hot movie “Hunger Games” there are many telling scenes but this one sums up the elite attitude who carefully orchestrate the “games” to maintain power and control over the masses (sound familiar?).<\/p>\n

The “games” consists of 13 outlying Districts have 2 teens each, randomly picked, being sent to a wilderness “playing field” where, after some training, hunt and fight to the death, until one is left alive….the winner. AND they are observed 24 hrs a day on tv, which is broadcast to the masses as entertainment (programming)…while the elite\/wealthy in the city place bets, like at the horse track, on the likely winner. YAY what a happy story.<\/p>\n

It’s Deja Vu All Over Again With Many Court Actions<\/h2>\n

It’s been a while but WAAAAY back in time when I was in court over and over as “defendant” and agent at the Provincial Court of B.C. , Supreme Court of B.C. and B.C. Court of Appeal many people<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

were facing prosecution. It was the first wave that was the impetus for the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency or CCRA (at the time, now Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)) to set up their special task force to face down and “deal with” the so called “de-taxers”, “tax protestors” and “other difficult situations” to quote their own internal documents.<\/p>\n

People shared court dates and came out in good numbers, for years, to watch, learn and witness what passes for the justice system in B.C.. I’d turn around after an hour of going toe to toe with the judge or the prosecutor and be surprised to see a full gallery….I found it very helpful.<\/p>\n

Why Support Helps<\/strong><\/p>\n

There were days that only two people showed up but that was after about 3 years of many court attendances had thinned the crowd. I was glad one fateful day that they were there as I was arm wrenched behind my back and marched OUT of the courtroom by a sheriff and yelled at in the hallway, military style….more on that elsewhere.<\/p>\n

That event was an assault by the sheriff. I didn’t understand the process of making a complaint against him, so I didn’t. I would, without hesitation, make a complaint now and lay a civil action potentially.<\/p>\n

Bottom line is two witnesses saw everything and would be required to testify in support of any claim. That’s a worst case scenario but not unheard of. Judges yelling, sheriffs surrounding you, any action that witnesses could corroborate is the point why you would want them there.<\/p>\n

People in the courtroom can see and hear things that go on that you may miss because you are in the heat of battle. At breaks they can provide insight, input, perspective and either a hug or a punch in the arm to let you know you need to man up and stay strong in there as they try to bully you.<\/p>\n

What You Can Do NOW<\/strong><\/p>\n

We “freedom folk” sometimes shoot ourselves in the foot acting in private and alone, when it comes to court. Sometimes it is because shame and embarrassment has been ingrained in us. We will be stronger and provide a more serious obstacle to the bully Department of Justice (DoJ) lawyers and some judges if we come together and face the latest fraud\/corruption en mass.<\/p>\n

Make no mistake “they” have studied you and “us” to strategized how to take you down. They don’t want the other slaves getting the same idea because that affects their bottom line. They have teams of people, meetings, trainings and lawyers planning how to get you. You, who only wants to exercise you lawful rights.<\/p>\n

So, if you have a court date share it.<\/p>\n

If you have a court date, attend other peoples’ court dates, you will learn TONS and will make your chance of success grow exponentially.<\/p>\n

If you don’t have a court date support those who do because their success, or failure, will teach you lots and may affect your future.<\/p>\n

Court action is back big time after a decade and the stakes are higher than before.<\/span> The DoJ and CRA have plotted, planned and put into play their legally VOID position hoping that we will not stand up to the intimidation, fail emotionally or self destruct in their foreign world of “court process”.<\/p>\n

Are you up to the task? It doesn’t matter really because for many that task is coming to you, whether you are ready or not. Courage is easier with other people on your side and there are LOTS of people on your side….lets bring ’em together.<\/p>\n

The gods favour the prepared.<\/p>\n

don’t fall prey to the emotions they want you most to experience…. fear and hopelessness.<\/p>\n
