This is not amateur information, Rocco is a respected, successful lawyer.<\/p>\n<p>Good short video on the trespass laws and how to not get harassed or threatened with being charged with trespass if you are asked to leave a store for not wearing a mask. Includes a simple explanation of <!--more-->why businesses cannot make the &#8220;private property&#8221; claim which, if you consider it carefully, explains a whole lot more about the law than just trespass.<\/p>\n<p>Rocco is also making available templates for suing store owners and enforcement officers in small claims court if you so choose. The arbitrator rejected the hospital\u2019s \u201cevidence\u201d that forcing unvaccinated nurses to wear surgical masks during flu season was necessary to protect patients from influenza. The arbitrator concluded that this claim \u201cwas not supported by science and was most likely an attempt to drive up vaccination rates among staff.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>BC\u2019s health advisor,<\/strong>\u00a0Dr. Bonnie Henry\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.canlii.org\/en\/on\/onla\/doc\/2015\/2015canlii62106\/2015canlii62106.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">testified in a 2015 case<\/a>\u00a0saying,\u00a0<em>\u201cthere\u2019s very scant evidence about the value of masks in preventing the transmission of influenza.\u201d\u00a0<\/em>Henry goes on to say that there is no data to support wearing masks and, \u201c<em>When we look at individual strains circulating and what\u2019s happening,\u00a0I think we need it to be consistent with the fact that there was nothing that gave us support that providing a mask to everybody all the time was going to give us any additional benefit over putting in place the other measures that we have for the policy.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Bonnie Henry further states that there is no real science behind the decisions she is making.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/canucklaw.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/COVID-19_-B.C.-health-officer-explains-50-vehicle-limit-for-events.mp4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">View here<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/action4canada.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Action4Canada-BC-Human-Rights-Masks\u2026exemptions.-A-human-rights-approach-to-mask-wearing-during-the-COVID-19-pandemic-BCs-Office-of-the-Human-Rights-Commissioner.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BC Human Rights Commissioner \u2013\u00a0 \u00a0Report\u2026.
