Hello, I’m new I live in the U.S are these laws similar?

  3. admin

great question. the $64 million dollar one.
a better question is: how do I claim my private status in a way that the government will recognize, honour and protect my private rights?
a lot of people are still working on that. some claim to have had success but go silent
stay tuned, it should be relatively simple and confirmed when recognized
if you understand the principles of your rights, government limits and legal agreements you have entered into with the government then ideas abound, many of which are explored here and discussed when tested – like rescission, notice and qualifying your private status always.

Hello,- i have been exercising my common law rights in canada on all levels as i knew they existed as i had some of them when young ie no fee bank private personal deposit account as i opened one at age 12 with no fees and had no ID. The bank closed my account and i didnt know what to do at the time. And when i read thr automobile book it had said it was our right to travel and when the information was changed to prilvedge i knew something was seriously wrong. I do now travel in common law but recently got my car stolen and jailed from cops trespassing on me. I presented papers and cops denied to read them. Now im doing paperwork on them and making them responsible for all the trespassing headaches they has caused me. So any further success tips is appreciated. My family thinks im nuts to fight for my rights so i do it without support. I have been learning all i can and will pay it all forward to free we the people made into debt slaves. Thanks

there is lots of law around wills and probate but it’s not my area of knowledge.
usually the game is played using court process against unknowing folks. that is why you need to have SOME idea of what should happen to avoid being taken advantage of. there is lots of info you can find with Google to assist. all the best

DBA and Religious Corporation Sole are not areas I have covered

  11. Ariel

I was directed to this to gain understanding of the use of the DBA to rebut the presumption that one’s birth certificate name is unclaimed property. I was told you have a recording of a seminar in which you share you research about how the birth name is registered as a Religious Corporation Sole on the county level. Does this sound familiar? If so can you direct me to your research on this topic?

Being a person is just allowing a Man access to a system and its BENEFITS what [jd] has imparted is a Man has a private person his own style and its persona .ALL CAPS IS A LEGAL FICTION the ADMINISTRATION for a NAME IS EQUALLY A LEGAL FICTION.With a DL your deemed this fiction because you applied for it and sign for it .That part is not fiction .This is fiction however a DRIVER LICENCE VS A DRIVER,S LICENCE YOU TOOK A GENERIC ROAD TEST LIKE MILLIONS OF DRIVERS DO its for competency and insurance thats what were told Their NAME and SIN # means your fiction is covered the first thing jail a hospital a bank motor vehicle wants in ADMISSIONS or admitting is NAME DATE OF BIRTH SIN# and its not a Man,s or his private persona that requires the property of the CROWN the crown wants you to claim ownership and bear false witness in contract law. All witnesses must be able to take a look at a Man/woman and Identify that private persona as the one that has caused another harm. The police and Crown witnesses never identify a Man just a PERSON is the person in court today yes can you point this person out the clothing is all they will risk identifying the person sitting at the defence table wearing red shirt jeans and cowboy boots your never identified .And a driver,s licence charging defendant with driving a motor vehicle upon a public highway while his “driver’s license” was suspended, can charged no offence if your DL is a Driver Licence then it needs the suspension ? your free travel is your own business all alone Driver how many Driver,s in the same Car.

No silver bullets lots of werewolf’s just don’t get bitten u wont rid the system but this site has the wolf bane.

Thank you for allowing me to be a member. And, what I seek here, are people who have come at least as far as I or close. One year of law school ion 1984 while active duty Navy, and for the past 11 years, now retired US Navy, I spend about on average, a normal work days time each day in the study of 3 things. Law, American History and Finance. It’s from my own experience that to see the damage done in this country starting in 1789, one must study the history right along with the laws initiated, then and/or changed all the way up to the last day any law was made in this country anyway (March 27, 1861). Not to ramble on too much for this my first post, and as stated earlier who I my find with those in the same ‘neighborhood’ as I:
UCC 1 Financial Filing, and a Trust/LLC; Hold Harmless and Common Law Copyright; POA, and of course the Security Agreements and Liens. And most importantly we all have ‘The Brass Ring’ yes? Or otherwise how could we really be ‘Private’? I acquired mine this past April. I have already won some good cases in court and one they refuse to give me paperwork as I won it on Corpus Dilecti. I invite all to begin conversations with me about any subject. Including my Love for the favorite part of my study in Law. Ecclesiastical Canon Law. Highest in the world.

Court Rulings That Acknowledge the Right to Travel

“No State government entity has the power to allow or deny passage on the highways, byways, nor waterways… transporting his vehicles and personal property for either recreation or business, but by being subject only to local regulation i.e., safety, caution, traffic lights, speed limits, etc. Travel is not a privilege requiring licensing, vehicle registration, or forced insurances.” Chicago Coach Co. v. City of Chicago, 337 Ill. 200, 169 N.E.

“… the right of the citizen to drive on a public street with freedom from police interference… is a fundamental constitutional right” -White, 97 Cal.App.3d.141, 158 Cal.Rptr. 562, 566-67 (1979)

“The right to operate a motor vehicle [an automobile] upon the public streets and highways is not a mere privilege. It is a right of liberty, the enjoyment of which is protected by the guarantees of the
    federal and state constitutions.” Adams v. City of Pocatello, 416 P.2d 46, 48; 91 Idaho 99 (1966).

“Failure to obey the command of a police officer constitutes a traditional form of breach of the peace. Obviously, however, one cannot be punished for failing to obey the command of an officer
if that command is itself violative of the constitution. Wright v. Georgia, 373 U.S. 284, 291-2.

“The police power of the state must be exercised in subordination to the provisions of the U.S. Constitution.” Bacahanan vs. Wanley, 245 US 60; Panhandle Eastern Pipeline Co. vs. State Highway Commission, 294 US 613.

For it is a felony and federal crime to violate, or deprive citizens of their Constitutionally protected rights.

Hi jd. I was wondering if there is a Replay link to the webinar you did in December called “Stopping debt collectors”?

  17. admin

Thanks for writing. I agree that ex-military are treated very poorly after service and it is really sad.

Every system has their rule books – even Soviet Gulags – and those who know the rules can run the people in the system crazy by holding them to their own rules – because few follow the rules. I read about a famous prisoner in a Gulag who got treated well because he knew the rules and the jailers were afraid of being caught breaking the rules because they would end up inside as prisoner.

Every system is built on rules and every system WILL enforce those rules at some point -usually when things go public or official complaints are made.

Staying respectful, in honour and peaceful always is a good choice IMO.

Thanks is due here.ASAP will donate. Starving veteran like after you are no longer in pubic service with oath you are sort of like trash can material unless getting more government duties then get the nobility pay stuff.

Just remembered I got marked off and told I would be considered last for promotions due to not checking the box “I volunteer for deployment” or something like that. Even in there under martial law you have some of your rights and a code I think 35 or something in UCMJ (Uniform code of Military Justice) for not incriminating yourself. There are levels and one I think is like the firing squad if it gets topped out in full war, not sure. UCMJ is something I need to read. Lots of stuff is revealed here too about what “they” (really us in duty positions while at work) are doing and it is an entire body of law or statute code I should say and voluntary by need for agreement due to the involuntary servitude prohibition. Learning but is seems to take so long. Gotta be a more simple way.

Gotta get on the paperwork, Notice and Demands cause I obeyed my oath to protect the people of the United States of America (title 5 oath) but few even are aware that they took one or what it means…a sheriff and plain clothes agent jumped out of a car near here and showed me badges and said they were investigators. The one walked over and pointed to the sidewalk ( I was walking in town) pointed to the sidewalk a few feet away and said “Stand right here” Realizing the jurisdictional offer I asked “Why do you want me to stand right there?” He thought for a moment and said it was dangerous for us near the street where I was. Then I took a couple paces over toward him but did not stand right there when he said it again. I asked if I could help them and they came over to me and asked for ID. I showed him a military card and he said “Take it out of there” I instead I flipped over a tab and said “I have another right here” Sort of grudgingly he abandoned the take it out thing and said “OK” Then I asked if I was under arrest and he backed up a little and said “NO, No. We are not hassling you” I said I did not really feel hassled so he asked if I had a tattoo on my leg and that they were looking for a bicycle thief that looked something like me. I did not fit the description and was not worried about or afraid and offered I has a secret clearance while in military and hoped they caught the thief. They took off then I thought to ask for their business cards but they said they did not have any and hurried off.

This stuff really works but I can see where I did screw it up a bit and need to work on it a lot more.

Hi Bobby thanks for your comments.
I would be happy to discuss more with you regarding your recent comments. If you have important information to share I invite others to contribute articles for posting on the website referring to their material and maybe even doing a webinar to give an overview of your material, if appropriate.

    All the best.

When the judge pulls all the legal “tricks” and gains jurisdiction (over your objection) over your person and property, you find yourself in a bench trial with no chance to win. After you are found guilty, your first impulse is to appeal. BAD CHOICE! You can only appeal on the Fact Issues, because you didn’t know how to preserve the Law Issues, which are still unresolved. The higher court will only look for errors made by the lower court based on fact issues. You cannot bring up Law Issues, because you didn’t employ a Right called “ALLOCUTION”. so you will end up losing your appeal.

Most defendants are unaware of Allocution, and judges don’t want defendants to know, because it can overturn their sentence. “ALLOCUTION” is employed after you have been convicted, (and just prior to having the sentence read to you) which allows you to bring up Law Issues on appeal. I have put together a video featuring a mock trial showing how to set up the stage for Allocution and how it works. Go to YouTube and Search for the following title: “Allocution Something judges hide from convicted defendants”. Good luck.

Hi dennis, thanks for your comment. I’m not sure what someone else’s behaviour has to do with me or this site but you raise a valid point that I have encountered as well. Many “leaders/teachers/gurus/whatever” end up with a bit too much ego (in some form) showing through, it’s part of the challenge of this life.

I’m with you 100% about working together and we have approached many “leaders/teachers/gurus/whatevers” to try to work together and hear nothing back – except recently. Glenn Winningham is digging into my research and will be joining me on a live webinar to discuss it – he WAS a strong advocate of “I’m not a person” – so big kudos to him for being a genuine open mind to reevaluate and make a shift where he see’s good reason to. Too many “leaders/teachers/gurus/whatevers” are so SOLD on THEIR worldview EVERYONE else is wrong, and worse a plant by the system. Sad. I will continue seeking more people to work with because I believe it is key to success as everyone has a piece of the puzzle and talents of value.

You’ll find here we are looking for the nuggets of truth in ANY aspect of law, from anyone, that will lead to the cleanest, clearest, most honourable, non-theory way to be in the world and STOP the abuses of the law that “they” have thrived on for a long long time. Doesn’t mean there will not be points of disagreement between us but I think we have far more in agreement to empower everyone – even though not everyone wants to come along – and that’s ok.

You’ll find in the definition of a private person of full capacity – full knowledge, full responsibility and full liability which means living in honour and remembering no one is perfect. All the best.

I believe what you guys are saying is very on target. My only issue is with Kate. from another web site to have comments and questions removed because the answer was not given to me and my questions were very legitimate was very dictatorial. it was totally wrong and his ego is very huge. I have not heard anything different come from him.I obtained my answers elsewhere from those who are more into NO ego and helping others sincerely. if I continue on here it would be nice to see more genuine concern and thoughtfulness toward others, no smoke an mirrors of intention. Sorry if this offends but this was my experience, and I hope to not have it happen again. Are we not all supposed to be working toward the same result ?????

Interesting. I’ve often considered going and doing some interviews out at UBC law. I’ve not met a lawyer with a clue yet…doesn’t mean they aren’t there…and real guilty because “they know”.

Are you sure he was referring to B.C.? I’ve heard Quebec lawyers are well trained in common law because they need to bridge the two jurisdictions….

  24. Keith

    Re: A theory of everything.
Once upon a time I went in search of legal sources for Common Law Rights (Lawful as opposed to legal)lawyers, law school at UBC and etc., eventually ended up speaking to a professor at Oxford University U.K whose specialty was in these subjects.
He said a very surprising thing; “the best lawyers are where you live”…..
UBC does run Common Law courses but post graduate and also aimed at out of country lawyers from other jurisdictions, however, if the best are in B.C (Vancouver) where are they and why do they not speak up or start educating those who wish it.
    Keith
