The laws are intended in part to act as a deterrent to criminal acts. But laws lose all deterrent effect if the criminal-wanna-be KNOWS that no one knows the law AND/OR the law will never be enforced against them.
Such is the dilemma we find our sad selves in now with the police, lawyers, politicians, public servants and more. “They” have operated SO LONG with impunity because no one enforced the rules against them that they are literally in a criminal free-for-all.
Like misbehaving children with guns they need a time out, be grounded and in some cases spanked. This applies to every “public/civil servant” who does wrong…. including those who do not report their fellow workers who are engaging in rules breaking and criminal acts. You are an accomplis if you do not actively speak out to help stop it. You are the first, best witness to the crimes and your silence binds you to the guilt for the crimes.
The “superiors” who encourage lawless behaviour by not acting to enforce the internal policies and rules, never mind the rule of law, carry the greatest burdon of guilt and responsibility because your actions CAN stop such behaviour, but you choose not to. Your inaction actually encourages more lawless behaviour by your charges.
Don’t take ANYONE’s word for what “the law is”. If you understand common law you have a TOTALLY different understanding of law than most people including trained lawyers. Legislated Acts are a different form of law.
Why are lawyers misunderstanding the law?
Because lawyers are not generally trained in common law processes or principles. They learn the civil law polices, procedures that the system enforcing the legal games that are designed to trick, trap and manipulate their clients into…. well you know, you’re here!
Finding the Acts that appear to be law is easy. Reading Acts is not tough, but there are some tricks to know. We’ll look at one right now and maybe more later….. Continue reading 'Read The “Law” Yourself'»
Once upon a time a baby was born, given a name, registered a NAME of a PERSON and had a Birth Certificate created that was traded on the international money markets to fund their local government.
As time went by that child grew up and applied for all sorts of government programs to qualify for all sorts of free government benefits, after already having had a variety of free money coming to mom and dad in the form of baby allowance, tax credits, medical insurance throughout their young life.
Take, take, take. People want everything for free. They want the government to pay for everything. Well, it sure is a good thing that those smart, fiscally responsible government folks had figured out how to monetize that new baby’s birth event so they could pay for all that free stuff!
The above video is a brief overview of some of the key concepts of our legal systems, as I see them.
As new information and new experiences come to light there may be slight modifications but I believe this is reasonable interpretation of what is going on.
Understanding the game and knowing how to play is mandatory if you want any chance of success in any game and this “legal game” involves your LIFE!
Do you think you might want learn how to play? Maybe even… learn how to play to win!
Many folks are discussing the benefits of getting certified copy of your Birth Record. Here’s a brief video with an overview of the B.C. Vital Statistics website and ordering process for getting a certified copy of your Birth Record.
The phrase “that depends on what your definition of “is”, is”, made famous by then president of the United States Bill Clinton while testifying at his “sex scandal” grand jury investigation, raised the hackles on people everywhere.
“How dare he play word games?”,
“who does he think he is?”,
“shame on him, he’s the president!”
I just heard another person reference to the idea that he was playing games.
The world of law is full of tricks, traps, word magic, word art and outright deceptive practices.
Are you shocked? I didn’t think so.
Presumptions are one of those tricks which can be somewhat reasonable, at times, but often used for evil purposes. Presumptions, assumptions and to “deem” something, all mean “let’s pretend“.
Unfortunately to the honest, average man this means “its decided” when in reality it is an invitation by the legal wordsmiths inviting you to act to defeat their pretending and therefore end the game, but most people don’t. :-(
