This is a follow-up webinar to the live Hope For Justice workshop.

I hope you find it helpful in your understanding.

Hope For Justice began with a Wednesday webinar (part 1), continued on Saturday with a live workshop (part 2) and concludes with this final webinar (part 3). When you hear me refer to "Wednesday" or "Saturday" that's the part 1 and part 2.....got it...good!

This webinar deals with a couple of principles of law about the voluntary nature of our participation in court. It uses two transcripts as a teaching tool.

The first transcript is an official court transcript of a fellow going to traffic court to challenge a parking ticket. He tells the court he's there as a"natural person" and the judge says some very interesting things and the entire process is incredibly respectful and largely successful.

The second transcript is an unofficial one. The party "Jane Doe" apparently audio recorded the court event and typed up her transcript. It's short, to the point and really drives home the ideas that:

  1. they really, really, really want you to admit to being the name on the paper in front of the judge
  2. the court cannot proceed until they either get you to either self identify, or in a civil matter decide the notified party did not appear (even if standing right there but they did not agree to be/act for the name called). No one can tell you who you are in court you need to admit it.
  3. get your story, attitude, persistence and process deeply imbedded in your mind and heart so that you don't get sucked into the game.... or left out.

I hope you find this enlightening. This is a follow-up webinar so it makes most sense to have watched parts 1 and 2 first, which are online here.

Links to download copies of the transcripts reviewed in this webinar are below the video.

Any comments, please feel free to leave them below.

Here are links to the:

1. first transcript John Doe: natural person-in-traffic-court - pdf file

2. second transcript "Jane Doe vs the bank" - pdf file

3. audio discussion about the process that "Jane Doe" attempted: "how am I liable for the name"  referred to during part 3 webinar. Very valuable insights and philosophies discussed, some fluff and distraction but much of value. Who owns the name?. mp3 download link or listen here on YouTube...

enjoy....
